02The everyday

A day with ANNA.

No demonstration — three ordinary moments, and what they become once the drinking water is settled.

Le premier geste du matin : la bouilloire remplie au robinet dédié

01 · The first motion

The morning

The kettle fills at the dedicated tap, beside the mixer. The tea comes up clean, without a veil — limescale no longer writes on the walls.

Neutral water lets tea and coffee express themselves.

La bouteille OSVIA sablée et deux verres d'eau servis sur la table en noyer, à midi

02 · Midday and evening

At the table

The carafe fills on demand — fresh, with no packs to carry and no bottles to store. Ice cubes set clear, and vegetables are rinsed in the water you drink.

A running cost of pennies per litre, servicing included [to be confirmed].

La cuisine au soir : façades en chêne refermées, plan net, robinets au repos devant la fenêtre

03 · Without thinking about it

The evening

ANNA works inside the cabinet, indicators discreet — nothing shows in the room. When a cartridge nears its term, it is the house that lets you know.

The indicators live in the cabinet, never at the table.

FP-06Compatibility

For which home?

ANNA fits under most sinks — three typical configurations, always confirmed at the survey.

Configuration 01

Apartment

The simplest case — everything fits in the cabinet.

  • Standard under-sink cabinet, 60 cm
  • Sufficient mains pressure
  • Connection without heavy works

Configuration 02

House

Under the sink today, the whole house tomorrow.

  • Space under the sink or an adjoining utility room
  • Wells and boreholes: after the kit analysis
  • Extendable into a whole-house solution

Configuration 03

Professional

Practices, hotels, laboratories.

  • Intensive use sized at the audit
  • Scheduled contractual maintenance
  • Survey carried out on site by a technician

In every case, the technician confirms the configuration at the home survey — complimentary, no obligation.

05The rejection table

What the membrane holds back.

The detail by contaminant family — published on the product pages only, with its methodology. Everywhere else, one range only: 90–99 % depending on the contaminant.

Methodology — membrane technical table, 2026: measurements under laboratory conditions, by compound family. These figures document the membrane purification technology; they are not a certification of the installed product. At your home, two analyses — before, after — are what counts.

06Questions

Three questions that keep coming back.

Short answers — the rest lives at Support, or on the phone with a technician of the house.

Will ANNA fit in my cabinet?

In the great majority of kitchens, yes: the machine and its reserve sit in the cabinet under the sink. The preliminary survey checks your configuration — if it does not suit, the house tells you before the quotation.

What exactly does the membrane hold back?

90–99 % of the targeted contaminants, depending on the contaminant — the detail by family appears in the table above. At your home, two analyses — before, after — show it figure by figure.

How often are the cartridges changed?

Once a year for the usual cycle — and it is the house that lets you know. Three cartridges, a quarter-turn, no tools: under thirty seconds.
