2006 — Geneva
The house was born of an observation, not a catalogue: Swiss water reaches the meter among the best controlled in the world, and then each building gives it a taste, a hardness, a composition of its own. The first installation was fitted in 2006, after an analysis — and that rule has never bent: the measurement comes before the equipment.

The health heritage
A home passes on its walls, its light, its habits — and the water that runs through it every day. We call that the health heritage. Defending it is patient work: know the network, size precisely, keep the file of every installation, come back. Twenty years on, it is still the same discipline, household after household.

The last kilometre
Public utilities do remarkable work up to the meter. Beyond it begins a private domain: building risers, tanks, taps — decisive metres, particular to each building, under the responsibility of the people who live there. That last kilometre is the trade the house chose: measure it, equip it where useful, service it over time.

The technicians
No installation has ever been subcontracted. Every technician is recruited, trained and certified by the house before their first visit — and then it is the same person who returns, year after year, for servicing and readings. You know their first name; they know your installation. It grows more slowly than a network of subcontractors — and that is precisely why people entrust us with a home.

2006
Geneva, first installation
The house was born of a job: measuring the water of a flat in Eaux-Vives, then equipping it. The method has not changed since.
2011
The in-house school
No installation entrusted to third parties any more: every installer is trained and certified by the house before their first visit.
2015
A measurement before, a measurement after
The protocol becomes systematic: two analyses frame every installation. We do not promise, we record.
2020
Scheduled servicing
The house now lets its clients know — calendar tracked, cartridges prepared, annual visit scheduled.
2026
